The applicants are seeking setting aside order dated 14.06.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby the registration of First Appeal No. 8357 of 2022 was refused. The applicants are also seeking condonation of delay of 146 days. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) and (C) subject to condition that the applicants shall remove all the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order.
