We have heard Mr. Jaju, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. submits that, in case, the revisional authorities are not performing or discharging their duties, then the petitioner can approach the committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015.

In the light of that, the petitioner may make an application to the committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015. The committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary steps expeditiously and preferably within a period of two
