DATE : 8 DECEMBER, 2023 ORDER :- After arguing for some time, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, submit that the applicant has been arrested on 13.7.2020 and still, the trial is at nascent stage. He would, therefore, submit that the trial may be expedited.

It is pointed out that the charge is already framed the complainant is examined. In that view of the matter, the learned Sessions Judge shall conclude the trial preferably within a period of nine months from today.
