The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of Dattu Rakhamaji Sonawane i.e. sole respondent No. 1/claimant. They have also prayed for condonation of delay of 169 days. There is no oppose to the application. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).
