WITHDRAWAL Heard the parties.
The applicants relies upon the order in CA/1525/2019 in FA/4024/2017 dated 29-01-2019 arising out of the same acquisition proceedings.

The applications are objected by the learned Advocate Mr. Tandale for the appellant.

In view of above, following order is passed:
ORDER
a] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar of this court.
(3) b] The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on submitting a solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar of this court. c] The balance 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.
d] The applications for withdrawal of the amount stand disposed off.
STAY Since the entire amount is deposited in the office of this court, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order till disposal of the appeals.
The applications stand disposed off.
