1] Heard Mr.S.T.Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is not decided by the Education Officer.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

3] In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner [Page-11] is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take decision on the said proposal on its own merits, in
