The petitioner company prayed for setting aside the impugned communication dated 8th October 2024 issued by respondent No.2 Gram Panchayat Bhendala Taluka Gangapur, Disrict Aurangabad whereby it recalled 'No Objection Certificate' (for short 'N.O.C') issued in favour of the petitioner dated 11th June 2024. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that respondent No.2 has reconsidered its decision to withdraw the revocation of 'N.O.C.' granted in favour of the petitioner. 4.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 has placed on record a communication dated 3rd February, 2025 made by it to the petitioner itself informing the revocation of 'N.O.C' to have been withdrawn and 'N.O.C' granted in the petitioner's favour stands restored. The said communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of the same nothing survives in the petition and same therefore, stands disposed of.
