It is transpired that, the applicant had approached the Sessions Court seeking bail prior to filing of the chargesheet. The observations in the order rejecting the bail show that, it has been rejected on the ground that, the investigation is in progress. It appears that, now the charge-sheet is filed.

Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court in view of filing of charge-sheet.
