ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.
The crime is registered for the offences punishable under section 452, 354 etc. of I.P.C. and section 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. In report, the victim has contended that on 13.3.2014 after 8.00 p.m. the applicant entered her house and he was holding knife. She has made allegations that applicant held her and misbehaved with her and he has given threat to her. On the basis of her report,
Cri. Appln. No. 6459/14 the crime came to be registered. Allegations are made against the mother of the applicant that she was also there and she gave abuses.

The applicant has been behind bars since 13.3.2014. It was submitted that this is the first application filed for bail in this Court after filing of the chargesheet. It is not certain as to how much time will be required for disposal of the case. In view of the nature of allegations and other circumstances, subject to some conditions bail needs to be granted to the applicant. 4.
In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). He is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is not to enter the locality where the victim girl is living. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
