Learned counsel Mr. D. M. Kakade with the appellants present. Mr. A. M. Phule and Mr. B. V. Virdhe, learned AGPs along with Ms Surekha Korke, Executive Engineer present.

These Appeals have been placed before today's Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

The parties have amicably settled the dispute agreeing for the rate of the land to be paid by the Acquiring Body. The terms of compromise have been placed on record and marked as "Annexure - A". 4.

Both parties are satisfied with the settlement terms. Hence, the matters have been settled in terms of the settlement-deed mentioned above.

After the acquiring body deposited money in terms of the settlement, it be released to the respective appellants forthwith.. 6.

The appeals stand disposed of.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
