This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing first appeal. The delay is of 2255 days.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that, delay is caused for the reason that, before filing the appeal the applicants have to take necessary permission from the higher authorities. Because of the communication gap between the authorities, delay is caused. He submits that, delay is not intentional, but is because of the reason stated above.

Though respondents are served, none appears for respondents. 4.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, this Court finds that, delay needs to be condoned.
