Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in the meantime respondent Corporation has issued a tender for the supply of labour and the tender has been finalized. Under such circumstance, the petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he, upon instructions from the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to seek admissible legal remedy.

In view of the aforesaid statement, petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
