The prayer is made to quash the selection of respondent No. 3, pursuant to advertisement dated 22.12.2011 and to allot the L. P. G. Delearship under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin L. P. G. Vitarak Scheme to the petitioner.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 on instructions submits that, the respondent No. 1 would now adopt the procedure of a fresh draw as per condition No. 12.10 of the policy (page 30).

In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
