The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that since 2015 the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer is pending. Earlier the appeal was rejected. This Court under order dated 08-01-2015 in Writ Petition No.7937 of 2013 filed by the petitioner remanded the matter and directed the Committee to decide it, as yet the appeal is not decided. 2.

The learned Addl. G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. 3.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of Gajanan

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22-12-2021.
