Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the proposal dated 24th July 2025 and the consequential prayers have also been asked.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. Bondar waives notice for respondent

wp-14523.25 Nos. 3 and 4. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 at this stage taking into consideration the prayer clause which only we are considering right now.

Upon instructions from respondent No.3, learned Advocate for respondent No.3 makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided on its own merits, within a period of four weeks.
