This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole respondent on record. There is delay of about 1061 days in moving the application, as such, the application is objected by learned Counsel for respondent.

In the interest of justice, the delay caused in moving the application is condoned for the reasons stated in the application. As such the application stands granted subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.One thousand) to be paid to the legal representatives of respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
