The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition as he intends to make a request application to the Trial Court for sending the Lease Deed dated 29.06.1998 for impounding and for assessment of proper stamp duty.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to state, if the Petitioner makes an application for impounding of the document, the Trial Court shall issue appropriate orders in accordance with the law and thereafter, the Petitioner would be at liberty to follow the course stated by the Trial Court in paragraph 4 of the impugned order dated 19.08.2016.
