The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of applicants - appellants Nos.1B and 3 on record, who respectively died on 27.04.2022 and 06.01.2022, by condoning the delay periods of 111 and 169 days.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses-B and C.

The applicants / appellants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
