The grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition is in respect of inaction on the part of the respondents to supply him certified copy of the award No.2/1701/63 dated 12.9.1963 inspite of tendering applications in that regard and having approached all the concerned Revenue Authorities from time to time.

The ends of justice would be met by granting leave to the petitioner to tender fresh application to the Collector, Ahmednagar, requesting for issuance of certified copy of the award dated 12.9.1963 within a period of six weeks from today and by issuing further directions to the Collector for supply the certified copy to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the application, and it is accordingly directed.
