PER COURT :- 1.

By this application, the applicants pray for recalling of the order dated 31.8.2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), by which the registration to the Civil Application (Stamp) No. 5249 of 2015 has been refused on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned Advocate Mrs. Sontakke, on behalf of the non-applicants opposes the application.

Considering the above, this application is allowed on the condition that the applicants shall remove all office objections in Civil Application (Stamp) No. 5249 of 2015 within three weeks from today. Delay of 51 days is, therefore, condoned.

Needless to state the order of the learned Registrar (J) is set aside. However, in the event, the applicants fail to comply this order as directed, the same shall stand recalled.
