1] The present Civil Application is filed to quash and set aside the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] in Second Appeal Stamp No.21166/2025, by condoning delay of 20 days in filing the present Civil Application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not able to remove online office objections, as such, the matter was dismissed in default by order dated 20.08.2025. The learned counsel further submits that there is delay of 20 days in filing the present Civil Application.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated

11634.25CA 20.08.2025 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] in Second Appeal Stamp No.21166/2025 is quashed and set aside. The Second Appeal is restored to its original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

4] List Second Appeal on 08.12.2025.
