This Court on 26.4.2023 has passed the following order :- "1.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed purshis to the effect that the appellant was informed to give further instructions, however, the said notice send by RPAD is returned with remark as appellant deceased.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant stated that he has no further instructions, hence he seeks discharge. Accordingly, he is discharged.

Since the said remark of death of appellant is dated 01st April, 2023, hence, no order of abatement is passed now.

4.Stand over to 05th July, 2023, for passing appropriate order of abatement."

In view of the above order, as till today no steps are taken against the deceased appellant, the present second appeal stands dismissed as abated.
