The appeals are filed by the acquiring body

(2) 7ca14381.15 challenging the award passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga granting enhancement to the claimants for the lands acquired. While filing appeals there is delay caused. It is stated that delay is caused because of the administrative reason as the applicants are required to take approval from the Higher Authority in that process the delay is caused. The delay is not intentional.

This court finds that the delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, the applications stand allowed. The delay stands conodned.
