2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed objections to the voters list and same is not decided.

3] Mr.Kadethankar, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that election programme is already declared. The nomination papers are accepted and last date for filing nomination is 7th December, 2021.

4] It would appear that in view of the Articles 243ZG and 243-ZA of the Constitution of India, interference in the election petition would not be permissible.
