Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner prays to direct respondent no.2 to decide the proposal dated 12.04.2024 addressed to him by the District Collector, Nandurbar. This is a proposal referred to respondent no.2 by the District Collector, Nandurbar for converting the Class-II land into Class-I land. A detailed inquiry was made; however, since the day of referring the proposal for necessary decision, the respondent no.2 did not take any decision.

In view thereof, we simply direct respondent no.2 to consider and decide the reference dated 12.04.2024 within eight weeks from today on merit.
