Petitioner is stated to have tendered a complaint in respect of tender process to the Collector.

In Writ Petition No.10308 of 2015, on consideration of the statement made by Respondents, that investigation has commenced and the Additional Collector is directed to investigate into the matter and appropriate decision is expected to be taken within one week, we have granted liberty to the State to conduct investigation and take appropriate decision. We also permitted petitioner therein to raise its contentions before the Investigating Officer.

Learned Government Pleader, appearing for Respondent-State, informs that investigation in the matter is almost complete.

In the facts of this case, we do not deem it appropriate to probe further into the matter. If deemed necessary, the Collector may call upon petitioner to make submissions before him.

With the liberty as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
