Heard rival submissions. Earlier the legal heirs of deceased Satyabhama w/o Annaguru Borade were brought on record vide order dtd.18.10.2022. However, at the time of bringing those legal representatives on record the name of present applicant Nos.1D and 1E were mentioned as Rukman Ramesh Jadhav and Roshni Bhaurao Jadhav due to inadvertence. However, as per the Aadhar Card of aforesaid respondents i.e. present applicants their correct names are required to be mentioned, which are as per the title of this application. This being the clerical or typographical mistake, can be corrected.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith.
