ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner, apprehending an adverse action against him on account of his failure to submit caste validation certificate, has approached this Court seeking protection. 2.

The Scrutiny Committee, in view of the communication dated 8.12.2015, has informed the employer that it is responsibility of employee to submit online proposal for verification of the caste certificate, along with communication by

Writ Petition No.11617/2015 the employer requesting the Committee to verify the proposal. The petitioner shall tender online proposal to the Committee within a period of one month from today.

The learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 informs that the Head of the Office would tender necessary communication to the Scrutiny Committee as expected in the communication dated 8.12.2015 transmitted by the Committee. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to take decision on the proposal in respect of validation of the tribe certificate within a period of nine months from the date of its receipt. It is clarified by the employer in the affidavit-in-reply that until the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, there is no question of taking any adverse action against the petitioner and as such, the apprehension of the petitioner of the adverse action at the instance of the employer is unfounded. 4.
