The petitioner is making following prayers :- "(B) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions in like nature the respondents No.2 to 5 may kindly directed to grant permission for precession on account of Tipu Sultan Jayanti to be celebrated on 20.11.2022 with conventional music and loud speaker as prayed in the representation dated 03.11.2022. (C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction like nature the respondent No.2 to 5 may kindly be directed to consider and decide representation made by the petitioner dated 03.11.2022 at the earliest." 1/2

Learned APP, on written instructions from Mr. Sampatrao Shinde, P.I. and Mr. Abhay Kadam, Police Constable, Kotwali Police Station, who are personally present, submits that the respondents would take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 03-11-2022 today itself. 4.

In view of such emphatic statement, nothing survives in the present petition and it is accordingly disposed of.
