Learned A.G.P. submitted that the affidavit in reply has been filed on behalf of Collector, Aurangabad but due to certain administrative exigencies, the

( 2 ) 12010.19ca Collector, Aurangabad is not in a position to attend the Court. The learned A.G.P. further submitted that absence of the Collector is for bona fide reasons and the presence of the Collector, Aurangabad be dispensed with by accepting the affidavit in reply.

It is also submitted by the learned A.G.P. that there is major compliance of the order of this Court i.e. acquiring body has deposited the amount with the Collector.

Presence of the Collector, Aurangabad is dispensed with. Civil Application is allowed. 4.

Post the contempt petition for further consideration/order on 17th October, 2019.
