Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that so far as arrears of salary of the Petitioner, up to 10th March, 2025 are concerned the same are paid and the Scrutiny Committee has reserved the matter for decision and the Committee will decide the matter within three weeks.

Till the matter is decided by the Scrutiny Committee, salary of the Petitioner shall be released.

3.

In view of the statement made by learned AGP, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
