The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the examination form of the petitioner for B.A.M.S. Second year is not being accepted by the respondents, as the caste claim is invalidated. 2.

In case the petitioner/applicant is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refuse to accept the examination form and fees from the petitioner only on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. However, the applicant shall pay the full fees as is applicable.

Civil Application disposed of. No costs.
