It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have made representations to respondent No. 2 for appointment on the post of Sweeper as legal heirs as per Lad Paghe Committee recommendations and the same are pending. 3.

Learned AGP accepts notice on behalf of all respondents. 4.

In case, the applications/representations filed by petitioners are pending with respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law within four months from today.

Writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
