This application is for discharge of solvent surety/security which is offered as security i.e. Block No. 142, adm. 1-H 23R from the village Shingoli, Tq. Osmanabad and

(2) land Block No. 246, adm. 3.51 R from Village Patoda, Dist. Osmanabad.

The applicant is ready to re-deposit the amount of Rs.12,98,587/- that was withdrawn in first appeal No. 148/2018.

The learned advocate for the respondents has no serious objection for discharge of the solvent surety/security if the amount is deposited alongwith interest.

In view of above, following order:

ORDER

a.

The applicant to re-deposit the amount of Rs.12,98,587/- alongwith interest from the date of withdrawal of the said amount.

b.

The solvent surety/security No.42403239570 & 42403239571 shall stand

(3) discharged.

c.

The Block No. 142, adm. 1-H 23R from the village Shingoli, Tq. Osmanabad and land Block No. 246, adm. 3.51 R from Village Patoda, Dist. Osmanabad stand released.
