Heard both the sides.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Respondent / MSRTC has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal to the extent of negligence and quantum. The learned counsel for Respondent / MSRTC submits that without any income proof, the Tribunal has considered the notional income of Applicant at Rs.10,000/- per month only on the ground that the Applicant is a practicing lawyer.

In view of the above submissions and considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the Applicant
