PER COURT :- 1.

By an order dated 2nd May, 2019, Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, had passed an order, granting two weeks' time to the applicant to remove the office objections. It was a self operative order by which the Registrar had observed that, if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the registration would stand refused automatically.

Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the application.

In view of the reasons assigned in the application, the order of the Registrar refusing the registration is quashed and set aside, by condoning the delay of 145 days caused in moving the application.

The Misc. Civil Application stands restored to its original file.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
