Mr.Chavan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the appeal filed by the petitioner before Superintendent of Land Records (Exh.A) is still pending.

Learned Addl. G.P. States that in case the said appeal is pending, the SLR would decide the same on its own merits. 4.

In case appeal filed by the petitioner (Exh.A) is still pending with the Respondent No.3 then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. As far as measurement is concerned, the petitioner may

approach the appropriate authority for the same. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
