PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking direction to the committee to decide her tribe claim at the earliest to enable her to take admission in the ongoing NEET-UG-2024 process.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of petitioner's uncle. She is ready to adopt the reply filed by him and the committee be directed to decide the proposal at the earliest. 3.

We dispose of the petition directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 21.10.2024. The committee may thereafter consider her request regarding adopting the reply filed by her uncle and thereafter, considering the urgency, decide the proposal as early as possible.
