CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.
DATED : 30th JANUARY , 2015 PER COURT :
1.
Writ Petition No. 6365 of 2014 was heard earlier at length. This Court had passed an order on 31-10-2014, The matter was admitted and the Rule was expedited. By this Civil Application, the applicant prays for staying the impugned order and alternatively prays for fixing the present petition for final hearing. 2.
When this matter heard at length and interim relief was not granted, Rule had been expedited. The concerned parties were heard when the order dated 31-10-2014 was passed.
13192.2014 CA 3.
Despite this background, the applicant had canvassed before this Court (Coram :- N.W. Sambre, J.) on 20-01-2015 claiming that the interim relief was not refused and the applicant has every right to claim the same.
4.
This Court is taking up petitions filed in 1989 and onwards for final hearing on every Thursday. The petition is of the year 2014 and cannot be given precedence over such other matters which are pending for final hearing practically for more than 20 years.
5.
For the above reasons, Civil Application is rejected on both the counts.
