Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and applicant No.4 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- out of the amount deposited before this Court and the remaining amount shall be kept in the name of minor applicant Nos. 2 and 3 in fixed deposit, in any Nationalized bank, till they attain the age of majority. However, applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw quarterly interest on the said amount on fixed deposit in the name of her minor children. Civil application is disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
