The limited grievance made in the present petition is that the representation given by the petitioner on 13.07.2014 is not decided by the respondent No.5.

In case the representation dated 13.07.2014 (Exhibit - 'B') is not decided by the authority, the same shall be decided within a period of six

(6) months from today on its own merits. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the respondent No.5. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
