The learned Government Pleader tenders across the bar a reply of Principal Secretary Higher and Technical Educational Department, Government of Maharashtra. Paragraph No.14 reads as under : "14.

In view of the above facts and circumstances the request made in the proposal submitted by Baliram Naik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Thapti Tanda Tq. Paithan Dist. Aurangabad's Sant Ishwar Sinh Arts, Commerce and Science College Adul Tq.Paithan for sanction of grants in aid cannot be considered and/or acceptable. Accordingly, the government vide its communication dated 02.01.2024 has been informed to the concerned Institution. Therefore there is no pendency of the proposal submitted by the petition. Hereto annexed and marked as Exh. R-I is the copy of the Govt. communication dated 2nd Jan. 2024 for kind perusal of this Hon. Court."
