The learned Advocate Mr.Tambade submits that he has instructions to cause appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4. 2.

We have heard both the sides. The petition was dismissed in default for non removal of the office objections and that is being sought to be restored with a prayer for condonation of delay of 46 days. 3.

Taking into account the nature of the dispute, coupled with khs/Dec.2024/12502

- 2 - the reason quoted in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the petitioners' depositing costs of Rs.2,000/- in this Court and subject to the further condition of removing the office objections, both within 4 weeks. If the costs is paid and the objections are removed as directed hereinabove, the ad interim relief that was in operation while the petition was dismissed, shall continue till the next date. 4.

Stand over to 30.01.2025.
