The challenge in the appeal is only on quantum. According to learned counsel for the insurance company a sum of little over Rs.7 lakhs has been awarded in excess of entitlement of the claimants. 3.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 1 / 2
