Re-issue the notice to respondent No. 2 on given address in the application, returnable on 28-11-2017. 3.

In addition to regular mode of service, applicant to serve notice to respondent No. 2 privately by any fastest mode as may be permissible in law and file affidavit of service of notice along with tangible proof to that effect by the returnable date. 4.
