Learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petitions.

It is submitted before this Court that these petitions were filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court, whereby respondent authorities were directed to complete the exercise of passing award and disbursement of compensation to the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions made a

( 4 ) statement before this Court that the order of this Court is duly complied with and the petitioners have received the amount of compensation and as such, the grievance raised in the petitions no more survive. The petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are accordingly disposed of.
