2] One Chaya Kalyan Panchal is the informant in this matter. She is not added as party respondent in this application. Therefore, she has filed Criminal Application No. 6241 of 2016.

3] For the reasons stated in the application, the said application is allowed and disposed of.

4] We have considered the submissions of the counsel for the application merits. Upon perusal of the allegations in the FIR, the ingredients of the alleged offence have been disclosed. The FIR needs investigation. At this stage, no case is made out for quashing the FIR. Hence, the application stands rejected.
