The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.11.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Minister reversing the order of the Divisional Commissioner by which respondent no.7 was disqualified under the provisions of 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. 2.

The term of office of respondent no.7 is reportedly over and programme for fresh election is already declared. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is disposed of as having become infructuous. All the issues raised in the petition are kept open.
