The only prayer that remains to be considered is in respect of issuance of directions to respondents no.2 to 5 to follow clause 5 (A) recorded in the Government Resolution dated 12.03.2013.

Learned A.G.P., appearing for Respondents, makes a categorical statement that the policy prescribed by the State Government is binding on the Government Officers and is expected to be followed by them.

In view of the statement made above, no specific directions, as requested by the petitioner, need be issued. Petition stands disposed of.
