29.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) Heard Mrs.Ranjana D.Reddy learned counsel for the applicant. She submits that service is complete on the respondents. She submits that the delay is sufficiently explained in the civil application. She submits that similar appeals have been admitted after condonation of delay, though the delay may not have been of the same magnitude.

( 2 ) 36-CA 779 of 2017 2) In this case, the office of the applicant is based in Tamil Nadu State. The applicants has explained the circumstances in which the appeal could not be filed within the prescribed period of limitation. There is no reply filed on behalf of the respondents. The explanation does not indicate any malafides. In connected matter, delay has been condoned and appeal has been admitted.

3) Taking into consideration all the aforesaid circumstances, delay is condoned.

4) The civil application is disposed of.
